And with the Optional Managed Services deal, you can enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to set up and configure anything. Last but not least the backups are always kept on a server with many RAID–configured disk drives. In other words, your content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have absolute freedom to install any script or service on your server. But, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional setup from you. That’s where our Optional Managed Services option can come in real handy. It includes 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving procedures – this means that you’ll be able to basically employ one of our professional server admins for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation of any kind of software program that you desire. And/or have him rectify an issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an extra feature with our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
